This is the 3rd day

So I have been on this journey only 3 days and I have to admit that I feel really good. I think my body is in total shock from this much fruits and vegatables….it’s just not used to it. I am down 6 pounds already and that feeling is so totally awesome! So my question to you is…..what “diets” have you tried and didn’t have the long term results that you were satisfied with?
